Executive Staff
Povi Wagner, RN, BSN, PHN
Administrator
Povi Wagner has been a registered nurse for over 20 years and has devoted most of her nursing career to caring for people with developmental disabilities. Her specialty is with medically fragile clients who require skilled nursing care due to their complex medical conditions. After graduating from Dominican School of Nursing in 1994, Povi worked in the community as a home health nurse caring for children and adults with specialized needs. Over the years Povi has gained valuable experience working in nursing level group homes and adult day programs throughout Sonoma County. As a Nurse Consultant, she has helped manage complex medical needs of people living in the community as part of their interdisciplinary team. Povi has also served as an instructor for the Santa Rosa Junior College Nursing and Psychiatric Techinician programs.
David Wagner
Executive Director
David Wagner has been a part of the non-profit world for more than 20 years, most recently as the Executive Director of Cazadero Music Camp, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kaleidoscope. He will focus on the business side of the organization managing the financial, administrative, and human resource aspects of Kaleidoscope.
